Cancellation before installation
- All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $20 / £20 / €20 administration fee, covering time, processing, and scheduling costs.
- Cancel up to 48 hours before installation (in writing) and we'll reimburse the installation fee you paid, minus the administration fee.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before installation: a $60 / £60 / €60 fee applies for the unused booking of installer time, in addition to the administration fee.
- If installation can't take place for reasons attributable to the customer (no-show, equipment not available without notice, required authorizations not obtained, etc.), a $120 / £120 / €120 penalty applies, in addition to the administration fee.
- We'll provide a detailed breakdown of any deductions before processing a refund.
Installation issues
- If the standard installation can't be completed due to site conditions beyond the installer's control, you'll receive a full refund of the installation fee.
- If local safety regulations prevent completion of the standard installation as described, you'll be offered alternative arrangements at additional cost, or a full refund.
- If you refuse installation after the installer's arrival for reasons unrelated to installer performance or safety compliance, no refund will be provided.
